Damaged or not as described

If your order arrives damaged or the card isn't what the listing described, email hello@tabletopsign.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Changed your mind

Unopened orders in the original sealed display can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the card price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because most cards are one-of-a-kind, we can't exchange for a different card, but you're welcome to place a new order.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
