Arrived broken

If your order arrives broken, email hello@tabletopsign.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping — return shipping is on us.

Not as described (but not broken)

Email hello@tabletopsign.com within 14 days with a photo. We'll refund the card price. Original shipping isn't refunded, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Changed your mind

Unopened orders in the original sealed display can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the card price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because most cards are one-of-a-kind, we can't exchange for a different card, but you're welcome to place a new order.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
