Privacy Policy

When you order or save a design we collect your name, email, phone (optional), shipping details, and your sign design (including any logo or artwork you upload). Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers. We use your email to send order updates, proofs, your design links, and (if you purchased the Reporting add-on) your scan reports.

Every TableTopSign QR routes through our redirect service so sign owners can edit destinations and see scan activity. When a sign is scanned we record the time of the scan, general device type (phone / tablet / desktop), country, and referrer if present. We do not collect the scanner's name, exact location, or contact details, and we don't build profiles of people who scan signs. Scan data exists to give the sign's owner an aggregate count — nothing more.

We don't run third-party ad trackers. The site uses local storage in your browser to auto-save in-progress designs (so you don't lose work), and a session cookie for the store's admin area. Scanning a sign sets no cookies.

Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. Saved guest designs are automatically deleted after a retention period (currently 30 days) unless attached to an order. You can ask us to delete your designs or account data anytime.

Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and the shipping carrier for delivery. We never sell or rent personal data.
