Terms of Service

Every order includes a digital proof emailed within 48 hours. Nothing prints until you approve the proof. By approving, you confirm the design — spelling, layout, colors, and the QR destination — is correct. Custom signs printed to an approved proof can't be returned for preference reasons (see Shipping & Returns for the damage guarantee).

You keep all rights to the artwork, logos, and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to print them on your sign and show them in your proofs and order records. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload — please don't submit content you don't own or content that's unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. We may decline to print such orders and will refund them.

Signs include a connected QR that routes through our redirect service, which lets you edit the destination and see scan counts. You agree not to point links at malware, phishing, or unlawful content — we may disable links used that way. Editable links and scan counts are included free for the life of your sign; the optional Reporting add-on covers 12 months of emailed analytics from purchase.

We aim to keep the redirect service fast and always-on (it runs on globally distributed infrastructure), but like any internet service we can't promise 100% uptime. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give sign owners at least 90 days' notice so QR destinations can be migrated.

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. Coupons apply at checkout and can't be applied retroactively. If a pricing error occurs on our side, we'll contact you before printing.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses (for example, lost business from a mistyped QR destination — please test your link from the proof!).
