Shipping & Returns

Simple version: you approve a proof before anything prints, your sign arrives in about a week, and if it shows up damaged we replace it free.

How your order moves

1. Proof first. Within 48 hours of ordering you get a digital proof by email. We never print until you approve it. You also have a 30-minute window right after checkout to edit the design yourself.

2. Print & ship. Once you approve, your sign is printed and delivered in 5–7 business days. Rush orders move to the front of the line.

3. Tracking. The moment your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also check status anytime from your order link.

Shipping details

We currently ship within the United States. Signs are packed in rigid, acrylic-safe packaging. Shipping is included in your order total — no surprise charges at the door.

Damaged or defective signs

If your sign arrives cracked, scratched, or misprinted, email hello@tabletopsign.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it free of charge — no need to return the damaged one.

Returns on custom products

Because every sign is custom-printed to your approved proof, we can't accept returns for reasons of preference after approval. That's exactly why we proof first — please review your proof carefully (spelling, colors, the QR destination) before approving.

Made a mistake on an order that hasn't been approved yet? Reply to your confirmation email or use Request Changes on your order page and we'll fix it before printing.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before proof approval. After approval your sign goes to print and can no longer be canceled.
