What makes these different from a printed QR sign anywhere else?
Every sign we print carries a connected QR — it routes through your own TableTopSign link instead of pointing directly at a website. That means you can change where the QR goes anytime (new menu, new review page, new promo) without reprinting, and you can see how many people scan it. A regular printed QR is frozen forever; ours stays editable for the life of the sign.
Does editing my QR destination or seeing scan counts cost extra?
No — the editable link and the live scan count are free on every sign, forever. The optional Reporting & Analytics add-on ($15) adds a full year of monthly scan reports across unlimited signs — totals, trends, and your top-performing sign, delivered to your inbox.
How do I change my QR destination after the sign arrives?
Open the order link from your confirmation email — your sign's connected QR section is right on that page. Paste the new destination, save, done. The printed QR never changes; only where it sends people does.
What are the signs made of?
Clear premium acrylic, UV-printed for crisp, scratch-resistant color. Two sizes: 5×7″ (counters and tables) and 8.5×11″ (menus, welcome boards, lobby signage). Add an acrylic stand if you want it freestanding.
Will I see a proof before it prints?
Always. We email you a digital proof within 48 hours of your order, and we never print until you approve it. You also get a 30-minute window right after ordering to hop back into the designer and make changes yourself.
How long until my sign arrives?
Proof within 48 hours → you approve → printed and delivered in 5–7 business days. Need it faster? Choose the rush option at checkout.
Can I save a design and finish it later?
Yes — hit Save design in the builder and we email you a link that restores your design exactly as you left it. Unsaved drafts also auto-save in your browser for 7 days.
Can I upload my own finished artwork?
Absolutely. Choose Upload your design in the builder — we accept JPG and PNG up to 10MB, and the builder shows you the exact print resolution to aim for (300 DPI). You can position and fit your artwork right on the sign before ordering.
Will the QR work if someone scans it years from now?
Yes. Your connected link is part of the product — it stays live for the life of your sign, and you can keep editing the destination the whole time.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
