What is a Smart Page?
A Smart Page is your mobile page — links, menu, services, hours, offers, reviews, and contact buttons in one place — that your QR opens. Think of it as a one-tap mini mobile website built for customers who are ready to act. See a live example.
Is this just a QR code generator?

Is a Smart Page the same as a website?

Do I need a website to use TableTopSign?
No. Many businesses use a Smart Page as their only mobile presence. If you do have a website, you can link to it from your Smart Page or point a QR straight at it.
Can I use TableTopSign as a mini mobile website?
Yes — that’s one of the most popular ways to use it. Add your logo, links, menu or services, hours, and contact buttons, and your Smart Page works like a clean mini mobile website customers reach in one scan. See how.
What happens when someone scans my QR code?
Their phone camera opens your Smart Page instantly — no app to download. From there they can call, book, order, review, claim an offer, join a list, or follow you, depending on what you set up.
Can I change where my QR code goes after printing?
Yes. Every TableTopSign QR uses a permanent redirect link, so the printed code never changes — only where it sends people. Update your Smart Page or repoint the QR anytime and your existing signs keep working. Your QR can change later. Your sign does not have to.
Can I use the same Smart Page with multiple QR signs or stickers?
Absolutely. Assign one Smart Page to as many signs, stickers, table tents, or cards as you like. On Growth you can also label each sign’s placement and compare which spots perform best.

Can customers book appointments from a Smart Page?
Yes. Add a Book button linked to your booking tool (Square, Calendly, Vagaro, your own page, etc.) so customers can book in a tap.
Can I add menus, services, offers, or coupons?
Yes — Smart Pages support menus with photos and prices, service lists, claimable coupons, and promotional offers. Show what you sell and let customers act on it. QR menu signs.
Can I collect emails or leads?
Yes. Add an email signup, a giveaway entry, or a contact/request form to turn scans into a customer list you can follow up with.
Where do the customers I collect go, and can I export them?
Every review, coupon claim, giveaway entry and signup is saved as a contact under Dashboard → Activity → Contacts, de-duplicated into one person even if they did several things. On any paid plan you can export to CSV, which imports straight into Google Contacts, Mailchimp, Square, or any CRM. Contacts & follow-ups.
Can TableTopSign automatically ask customers for reviews?
Yes, on Growth. Turn on Auto review requests and add your Google review link, and the day after a customer scans and takes an action we email them a branded, one-tap request to review you. Each customer is asked only once, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. How it works.
Can I use it for restaurants, salons, med spas, cafes, events, or home services?

How do I get started?
The easiest way: request a free mockupand we’ll design your sign and Smart Page for you. Prefer hands-on? What information do I need to create a Smart Page?
Just the basics: your business name, logo (optional), and the links or actions you care about — your review link, booking link, menu, phone number, or an offer. You can start with one and add more later.
How long does setup take?
Most owners publish a simple Smart Page in a few minutes. Done-for-you setup means there’s essentially nothing to build on your end.
Can I preview my Smart Page before sharing it?
Yes. The builder shows a live phone preview as you edit, and you can scan your own QR to see exactly what a customer sees before you print or share it.
Can I edit my Smart Page later?
Anytime. Edits go live instantly and your printed QR never needs reprinting — change your menu, swap an offer, or update hours whenever you like.

What is a smart QR code?
A smart QR code routes through a permanent redirect link you control instead of pointing directly at a fixed URL. That lets you change the destination after printing and track every scan — a regular printed QR is frozen forever. More on smart QR codes.
Why should my QR point to TableTopSign instead of directly to my website?
Because a direct QR is locked to one URL forever. Routing through TableTopSign means you can repoint it anytime (new promo, new menu, new review link), see scan counts, and reuse the same sign as your business changes — no reprinting.
Can I download a QR code and print it on stickers, signs, business cards, or flyers?
Yes. Download a high-resolution QR for any sign and print it on stickers, counter signs, table tents, window decals, business cards, flyers, or receipts.
Can I track scans?
Yes — every scan that routes through your link is counted, with bot and duplicate hits filtered out. See lifetime totals and recent trends in your dashboard.
Can I move a sign and track performance by location?
Yes. On Growth you can label each sign’s placement — “Front Desk”, “Table 3”, “Window” — and compare scans and actions by spot, so you learn where signs work best. Placement tracking.
Signs, proofs & shipping
What are the physical signs made of?
Clear premium acrylic, UV-printed for crisp, scratch-resistant color, in two sizes: 5×7″ for counters and tables, and 8.5×11″ for menus and lobby signage. Add an acrylic stand to make it freestanding.
Will I see a proof before it prints?
Always. We email a digital proof within 24 hours and never print until you approve it. You also get a 30-minute window after ordering to make changes yourself in the designer.
How long until my sign arrives?
You’ll get a digital proof within 24 hours. Once you approve, we print and ship within about a day — if you’re local, you can have it in 1–2 days; otherwise it ships straight to you. A rush option is available at checkout.
Where do I see my sign order and tracking?
In Dashboard → QR + Signs → Signs & Print. Each order shows its status (received, in production, shipped, delivered) with a clickable carrier tracking link once it ships. Track your order.
Do you offer custom signs, stickers, or website services?
Yes. Beyond standard signs we offer custom design, stickers, and done-for-you Smart Page setup. Tell us what you need and we’ll help you launch.
What if my sign arrives damaged?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a free 30-day trial — build and publish a Smart Page with an editable QR and live scan counts, no card required. After that, keep going on Starter ($49/mo) or Growth ($99/mo). See pricing.
What's included in the paid plans?
Paid plans add more live Smart Pages and Brand Kits, plus premium features like custom domains and placement tracking. Editable QR links and scan counts stay free on every sign. Plans & billing.
Why is it a monthly subscription?
You’re not buying a file that’s frozen the day it ships — you’re running a live service. The plan keeps your pages fast (global edge network, instant QR loads), secure (automatic HTTPS + spam/bot protection on your forms), and editable anytime (change a headline, swap a photo, or re-point a QR — live in seconds, no reprinting), plus support and new features added automatically. What happens when my trial or plan limit is reached?
Your content is never deleted. If you exceed a plan’s live-page limit, extra pages simply pause until you upgrade — and everything picks up right where you left off when you choose a plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your billing portal in the dashboard. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
Do you offer done-for-you setup?

Do I have to pay to try it?
Your free 30-day trial needs no card — build and publish a Smart Page with an editable QR and live scan counts. You only pay if you upgrade to Starter or Growth. Done-for-you setup is a paid package.

Tracking & follow-up
What can I track, and what counts as a customer action?
You can track scans plus customer actions — review clicks, offer/coupon claims, email signups, giveaway entries, survey responses, and group-list requests. An action is any meaningful thing a customer does on your Smart Page.
How do I know if my Smart Page is working?
Your dashboard shows scans and actions over time. Rising scans tell you the sign gets noticed; rising actions tell you the page converts. On Growth, placement tracking shows which spots drive the most results.
Can I see review clicks, offer claims, email signups, and group lists?
Yes — each of these is recorded as an action in your dashboard so you can see exactly what customers are doing, not just how many scanned.
Can I get notified when someone takes action?
Yes. You can be emailed when customers take key actions — like a new lead, offer claim, or group-list request — so you can follow up before they go cold.
