Every action a customer takes on your Smart Page — a review, a coupon claim, a giveaway entry, a signup — is saved as a contact. Two features turn that into repeat business.

Contacts (any paid plan)

Dashboard → Activity → Contacts shows everyone who's interacted, de-duplicated into one person even if they did several things. You get their name, email/phone, how many times they engaged, and whether they opted in to marketing.

  • Click Export CSV to download the list. It imports straight into Google Contacts, Mailchimp, Square, or any CRM — so your customer list works with the tools you already use.
  • The CSV marks who opted in, so you only market to people who agreed.

Auto review requests (Growth)

More Google reviews are the single biggest thing that helps a local business get found. Turn this on and TableTopSign does it for you:

  1. 1In Dashboard → Account → Email, tick Auto review requests and paste your Google review link (find it in your Google Business Profile → *Ask for reviews*).
  2. 2The day after a customer scans and takes an action, we email them a branded, one-tap request to leave you a review.
  3. 3Each customer is asked only once, every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and nothing sends until you add your review link.
