Questions
How do I get my Google review link?
You don't have to. Send us your business name and city and we find it for you. If you already have it (from your Google Business Profile, under Ask for reviews), paste it when you order.
Does the tap work on iPhone?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read the NFC tag with no app, and so do most Android phones with NFC on. Every phone can scan the QR code.
Is it against Google's rules to ask for reviews?
No. Google allows asking customers for reviews. What it doesn't allow is paying for reviews or only asking happy customers through a filter. The sign asks everyone the same way.
What if my review link changes?
The code opens a link we manage, so we repoint it and the printed sign keeps working. No reprint.
How long does it take to arrive?
